Sudan: Assembly Speaker Reviews Development of Relations with France

The Speaker of the Sudan National Assembly, Prof. Ibrahim Ahmed Omer met, Sunday, at his office, the French Ambassador to Khartoum and reviewed with her the developments of the Sudanese-French relations.

Prof. Omer, during the meeting has expressed pleasure over the communication between the French government and people with the government and people of Sudan, reviewing Sudan enormous potentialities of the vast lands .
He pointed out to the role of the French parliament in cementing Sudan's international relations .
The French diplomat has revealed that a French delegation will visit Sudan soon .
The meeting also, touched on the establishment of a Sudanese -French Friendship Society .
The Ambassador has explained the desire of the French investors to establish investment projects in the country, lauding the security and stability Sudan witnesses .
