The Ministry of Water Resources has announced that its 2018 plan includes initiating the effective implementation of the President's initiative: "Sudan's Sunlight is Energy and Development", which aims to add more than 1,000 megawatts of renewable energy to the national grid, as well as solar energy and rural units, and implementation has gone a long way.
